At Medusa's Makeup, we want you to be obsessed with your beauty haul; if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and that your order was delivered within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our beauty squad at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your original packing slip, then ship the parcel to our returns center using your preferred tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
